Mon. Stretching Your Faith (30 min) Online
20-30 Minute Slow Flow and/or Stretching and Meditation Classes
“Worship the Lord with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” (Mark 12:30)
I will lead you in gentle stretching and/or slow flow yoga with scripture and prayer to refresh and encourage your soul. Through postures of prayer, your faith and your body will be stretched and strengthened.
This class is suitable for all levels and body types with modifications available to make the class both accessible and challenging to all. Participants are invited to modify all poses to fit their needs.

Live online classes are free, and the recording will be available for 24 hours. If you’d like to have access for longer please consider the membership option.
If you don’t already have a login for https://firmlyplantedwellness.com/ you’ll need to create a free account and sign a waiver. Once you do that you will have access to the links for the Zoom classes. You can have your video camera on or off. It’s up to you, but I’d love to say hi before class starts and have a bit of connection. You can always turn your video camera off once we start class if you don’t want people to see you. I will be recording classes, but YOU will not be recorded. Just me.
Donation based. Give what feels good. Option for monthly membership is available to have unlimited access to all videos and more.
